By accessing and using OnDuty, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. User Accounts
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
3. Platform Fees
OnDuty charges platform fees based on your subscription tier. Fees are clearly disclosed before transactions and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
4. User Conduct
Users agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Attempt to bypass platform fees
- Use automated systems without permission
5. Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely through our payment providers. Employers are responsible for paying workers the agreed-upon amount plus applicable platform fees.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
Subscription fees are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis for platform fees if services were not rendered.
7. Liability
OnDuty is a platform connecting employers and workers. We are not responsible for the quality of services provided or disputes between parties.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
